The Villas at Seven Dwarfs is a beautiful, gated vacation resort, as close as 8 miles from Walt Disney and other famous themed parks in Orlando.

Enjoy a variety of recreation options and exciting activities for all ages including a huge community heated pool with sun deck and hot tub, children's playground, state-of-the-art fitness center, library, children splash pad, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis court, game room with video arcade and billiards. The sport courts and game room are definitely places to you need to check out if you are looking for an exciting day. If you are trying to relax, hop in the hot tub for a calming swim.

Long-term (monthly stays): The community association requires a background check for every adult staying at the property ($100.00/per adult).

Community Pet Policy: 01(ONE) pet per house & weight limit is 25lbs per pet, excluding service animals.
An emotional support animal is not a service animal, a service animal has a specific task to do and therefore is well behaved and will stay with their owner at all times. An emotional support animal does not have any training. Florida law states that the Association can ask for further evidence of needing an emotional support animal, generally this is a letter from a qualified doctor stating the animal is needed for medical reasons.


The Villas at Seven Dwarfs is a Tow Away Zone and is restricted to private automobiles and passenger-type vans, jeeps and trucks not exceeding three-quarter ton, motorcycles and motor scooters. The following vehicles are not permitted inside this community: Motor Homes, Recreational Vehicles, Buses, Boats, Trailers and Commercial Vehicles.
